Fernando Gireud

Biography

Fernando D. Gireud is a Texas attorney whose practice reflects a practical, client-centered approach to immigration matters affecting individuals and families.

Fernando’s background spans immigration law, removal defense, family-based immigration, labor and employment, and public-service legal work, giving him a well-rounded perspective on complex legal issues and the consequences they carry for clients.

Born in El Paso, Texas, Fernando graduated from Coronado High School in 2002. He attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he majored in Computer Science, and later earned his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio.

After law school, Fernando returned to El Paso and worked for the Domestic Relations Office of El Paso County. He served as friend of the court and worked on child-support enforcement matters, gaining early experience in court-related advocacy involving families under pressure.

In 2012, he joined a firm in El Paso where his practice focused on labor and employment matters. Later that year, he returned to San Antonio and began working for an immigration law firm, focusing on deportation proceedings and family-based immigration visas.

His experience has since centered on helping clients navigate high-stakes immigration matters with clarity, diligence, and a strong understanding of both the procedural and personal challenges involved.
