Broad Immigration Experience

Anderson Law Group is focused on immigration law. Depending on the role and office, team members may work on family petitions, citizenship, removal defense, humanitarian matters, employment and investor immigration, consular processing, and Mexico-related legal matters.

Team-Based Casework

Attorneys, paralegals, intake specialists, and support staff work within shared systems and collaborate across matters. Strong casework depends on clear communication, reliable follow-through, and coordination between the people responsible for each stage of the client experience.

Room to Grow

As the firm grows, team members have opportunities for training, mentorship, and increased responsibility. People who perform well can deepen their experience and take on more complex work over time.

Roles across legal, client-service, and firm-support teams

Openings vary by office and business need. The firm regularly recruits for the following roles across its U.S. and Mexico operations.

What we look for

Requirements vary by position, but the firm consistently looks for people who are dependable, organized, strong communicators, calm under pressure, and committed to improving their work. Spanish fluency is required for many client-facing positions; language requirements vary by role.
