Biography

Roberto Ortigoza supports the firm’s presence, operations, and client engagement in Mexico, bringing a practical and business-focused perspective to legal and administrative matters.

Roberto serves as Mexico City Director at Anderson Immigration Law Group, where he supports the firm’s presence, operations, and client engagement in Mexico City. His background spans corporate, commercial, labor, and administrative law.

Before joining the firm, Roberto built a broad legal and administrative career advising businesses and institutions in both private practice and public service. He previously served as Legal Director in Mexico for the firm, providing counsel on commercial, business, and labor matters, as well as related litigation.

He also practiced at Despacho AGORA, where he advised clients on corporate, commercial, and employment matters and represented them in related disputes.

Roberto held leadership roles in public administration in Ciudad Juárez, including Administrative Coordinator for the Municipal Ecology Department and Coordinator of Federated Sports for the Municipal Institute of Sports and Physical Culture.

Earlier in his career, he served as an Employer Representative before the Local Conciliation and Arbitration Board, advising the business sector on labor matters and participating in arbitration and conciliation proceedings.
