Biography

Jeremy M. Anderson is a U.S. immigration attorney, entrepreneur, and binational legal strategist known for a practical approach to complex immigration and cross-border matters.

Jeremy is the founder and principal attorney of Anderson Immigration Law Group, a firm with a strong presence in both the United States and Mexico, serving individuals, families, investors, and businesses navigating the U.S. immigration system.

With more than 16 years of experience, Jeremy’s practice spans family-based immigration, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, removal defense, and federal court litigation. His work includes procedurally complex matters involving I-601 and I-601A waivers, permissions to reapply, Immigration Court proceedings, habeas corpus actions, and district and circuit court filings.

His strategic focus is not only on approvals, but also on long-term legal stability and risk management for clients and their families.

Jeremy also advises entrepreneurs and multinational companies on investor and business visas, including E-1, E-2, EB-2 NIW, EB-5, and TN classifications. His work often integrates immigration strategy with broader corporate, financial, and cross-border planning.
