Biography

Jorge Sanchez is an attorney with Anderson Immigration Law Group, practicing in areas that include removal defense, consular processing, waivers of inadmissibility, and USCIS representation.

He works with individuals and families navigating complex matters before federal agencies, immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, federal district courts, and U.S. consular posts abroad.

Before joining Anderson Immigration Law Group, he practiced in Washington, D.C., where he worked on family and business immigration, cross-border federal litigation, and international business transactions involving individuals, businesses, and foreign governmental clients.

His experience included matters at the intersection of immigration, business, and regulatory compliance, helping foreign nationals and organizations understand the practical implications of living, working, investing, and operating in the United States.

During law school, Jorge served as a legal intern with the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas, El Paso Division.
